Yes — stability testing is an integrated part of our formulation development process, not an optional add-on. Every newly developed formula undergoes stability evaluation before it is released for production.
Accelerated stability studies: Samples stored at elevated temperature and humidity (typically 40°C / 75% RH) for 6 months. Testing at 0, 1, 2, 3, and 6-month intervals covers appearance, disintegration or dissolution, potency of active ingredients, moisture content, and microbial limits. This provides early indication of formulation robustness.
Real-time stability studies: Samples stored at recommended conditions (25°C / 60% RH) and tested at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24-month intervals. This data determines the official shelf life for your product label and supports regulatory submissions.
Photostability testing: Products in transparent or translucent packaging are evaluated under ICH Q1B conditions to confirm that light exposure does not degrade active ingredients.
What you receive: A stability study report with all testing data, trend graphs, and a recommended shelf life with supporting justification. For regulated markets, this report is part of your technical dossier.
6-month program at elevated conditions. Provides early formulation robustness data and predicts real-time shelf life.
24-month program at recommended storage conditions. Determines official shelf life for product labeling.
Light exposure evaluation for products in transparent packaging (ICH Q1B conditions).
Full stability report with test data, trend graphs, and shelf-life justification for regulatory submissions.
