FORNUTRA's manufacturing facility is equipped to produce dietary supplements across all major dosage forms, each with dedicated production lines and quality control procedures optimized for that format.

Capsules (hard gelatin, HPMC vegetarian): Capsule sizes 00 through 4 for powder blends, granules, and pellet fills. Standard and specialized options including colored, transparent, and enteric capsules. Common applications: herbal extracts, vitamin-mineral blends, amino acids.

Tablets (uncoated, film-coated, chewable, effervescent): Rotary tablet presses for round, oval, and custom shapes. Aqueous film coating for color, taste masking, and moisture protection. Common applications: multivitamins, mineral tablets, herbal tablets.

Gummies (pectin, gelatin): Dedicated depositing line for consistent shape and texture. Standard shapes (bears, drops, rings) and custom molds. Sugar and sugar-free bases. Common applications: vitamins for adults and children, functional gummies.
